LEVEL 1

COMPLIANCE & 

TECHNICAL ADVISORY

 

 

Services provided in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Administration, Accounting Systems and Financial Reporting as per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Australian Accounting Standards (AAS) as well as commercial and legislative compliance requirements.

 

Includes training on Client’s accounting system; set up of systems and processes; processing data; general process driven accounting tasks; reconciliations; data clean up improving data integrity; generating P&L’s and Balance Sheets; and general technical accounting support.

LEVEL 2

ALL LEVEL 1   

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ADVISORY

 

Analyse overall Financial Health and Performance of Client’s business for specified time period/s.

 

Analyse opportunities for increased revenue, reduction in costs, creation of efficiencies, enhancement of Financial Reporting and implementation of new systems and/or processes.

 

Advise on suitable Key Performance Indicators in the context of the Client’s business.

Working with Client to analyse Business Life Cycle in the context of Client's Business as well as individual Product/Service Cycle.
